Answer 1: First Connect to your ShareWIFI, the pop up appears after you connect. Click the insert coin and the coinbox will beep. Indicating that you are able to insert coins. If the pop does not appear go to a.sharewifi.cc while still connected to ShareWIFI to insert coins.
Answer 2: Unplug the power and power it again, make sure that the coin slot digital indicators are lit up when plugging the power. If not, contact the ShareWIFI Personnel to immediately replace your coin slot if still under the warranty.
