1. Connect to billing router and go to Diagnosis Tools
2. Then click Router Diagnosis
3. If Interface: wan = Status is Down, it means billing router have no internet coming from the ISP
4. Now if you are using Wireless connection and want to check if it is successful. Check Interface: Wwan, if have IPv4 Address, it means it is successful.
5. To check if ShareWiFi Server is blocked by your ISP, go to Server Diagnostic
• It should be green, if it's not, it means that ShareWiFi server is blocked by your ISP
