To resolve account deactivated:
1. Check if your coin slot portal shows the following text: "Please contact the merchant to activate the package"
2. Confirm if you paid before the monthly deadline of Installment.

3. Upgrade your binded Router in "Router Management"

4. If you were able to pay the Installment but the record is not showing on the App and still have the same issue, contact technical support and ask if they received the "Installment Payment" on ShareWifi app.
