SHAREWIFI PACKAGE 3 – WARRANTY AND RETURN AGREEMENT (PROFIT SHARING)

1. Package Description

ShareWiFi Package 3 operates under a profit-sharing agreement between the Provider and the Customer. The Provider supplies the hardware, system, and support, while the Customer manages the unit’s operation and location. Profits from the ShareWiFi service are shared according to agreed-upon terms.

  All parts are replaceable for free if damaged due to normal use, technical fault, or manufacturer defect.

2. Return and Refund Policy

The Customer may choose to return the unit at any time. Upon return, the ₱3,000.00 deposit will be refunded after deductions, based on the following:

a. Broken or Irreparable Unit

If the unit is returned in a non-functional or irreparable state due to misuse or neglect, the entire deposit may be forfeited.

b. Overall Contribution Assessment

Since Package 3 is a profit-sharing model, an overall assessment of the Customer’s contribution to the business will be included in the refund computation. This includes:
- Length of time the unit was active
- Total earnings generated
- Customer's effort in maintaining the unit and location
- Compliance with partnership terms

  This ensures that fair consideration is given to the partnership’s value, not just the unit’s physical condition.

3. Termination of Partnership

Returning the unit constitutes the termination of the profit-sharing agreement.

 All earnings and obligations will be finalized before releasing any refund.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds, after full inspection and computation, will be processed within 3 working days.

 This Refund Agreement outlines the mandatory terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining refunds from ShareWiFi. This policy is final and non-negotiable.

1. Return Policy

  • Customers are required to return the product in its original condition without using Cash on Delivery (COD/COP) services.
  • The package must be securely packed to ensure no damage occurs during transportation.

2. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must take full responsibility for ensuring that the product is returned undamaged.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, ShareWiFi will conduct a detailed inspection to verify its condition.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after successful inspection and approval.

4. Agreement Compliance

By agreeing to return the product under these terms, the customer acknowledges and accepts the above conditions. Any deviation from these terms may lead to a denial of the refund request.
